12mm or 10mm front spacer width pros and cons
I'm lowering the car with HR springs and spacers at EAS here in Orange County and wanted to know if I should go with 12mm or 10mm front spacers. It looks pretty clear to go with the 10mm on the rear.
The car has stock 20" wheels and I don't plan and upgrading the wheels at this point. Thanks. |

I just had the H&R springs and spacers installed at EAS last week, 12 in front and 10 in the back. No problems at all.
If you go 10 in front, it may be too small that you will not even notice. |

Follow-up: I used the 12mm front and 10mm with the HR springs and am very pleased. There is no difference in ride quality and the lower wider stance looks great. However, there was a slight shaking in the steering at 90+ MPH, which was later eliminated by have the tires balanced. I find it strange that a car with only 5k miles that had no shaking pre springs and spacer then needed to be rebalanced after the new springs and spacers.
