KW HAS kit with Comp Pack car?

Will the KW HAS kit be a downgrade for any of the components from an LCI 2014 Competition Package car?

I want to go lower.

I saw that. Good news. I don't know if it's an upgrade though. I would presume it would be coming from kw

Dinan makes a set as well. I have been told that this kit is an upgrade for both non cp and cp cars. It is also adjustable.

Performance wise it will absolutely be a downgrade from the CP . I do a LOT of track driving and the CP spring and damper rate is extremely aggressive and effective at making the M6 seem much lighter than it really is. Much more aggressive than the KW V3 set up I have on my Z4M . KW makes very good products though the V3's have lasted 3 years of hard track use , and I'm only replacing them because I'm turning the Z4M into more of dedicated track car . You just need to be honest about your intended use of the car and how you drive it . If you want the low look and maintain ride quality then the KW set up will work well. Just make sure they say the kit goes with the CP damper rate as spring damper mismatch will make performance and ride quality suffer .

Damnit.
I've been waiting on wheels and a drop because I don't want to lose any of the CP performance and I didn't think there were any spring or sleeve kits out yet for the CP (looks like I was right...)
I will only accept equal or better handling performance. I drive the car too hard and I got a 2014 CP for a reason, not willing to downgrade.

Drive my F10M5 with properly corner balanced, aligned, not too low ride height and proper rebound/compression set KW V3s and you' ll never look back.

The best solution for you will be the V3 kit, while the HAS kit will lower the vehicle it will not necessarily provide you with an upgrade.
