UK's 10 most stolen cars - 5th place - M5

http://www.topgear.com/uk/photos/rev...ars-2014-04-29

Guys in the UK - be careful!

5: BMW M5

"...but it seems Britain's thieves have a taste for even sportier Bavarian stuff. The M5 is the ultimate in well-heeled hooliganism, putting out 552bhp from its turbocharged 4.4-litre V8. That gets it from 0-62mph in just 4.3 seconds. Little wonder the world's police forces are stepping up their car game..."

But how are they stealing them?

Are owners leaving their Key fobs in the cup holders or something?

Yeah I was gonna say, I doubt any thief is somehow stealing the F10 M5 other than finding the key fob.

Well they can program blank keys now with that new vag com tool that plugs into the OBD port. Not sure if the security flaw has been fixed yet or not.

Yeah as far as I know that mainly only works on the older E generation of BMW's. Not sure if that works on the F generation.
