Ahem.... if I was EVER spoken to this way this guy would see all 6'3" 225 lbs of me as fast as I could get there.... who knows what would happen from there. Not saying this is the correct thing to do, however when I lose my sh%t, hard to stay cool. Maybe, while pulling out of the parking lot my foot would "slip" onto the gas into his showroom...... accidents happen.

Good luck....

Agree completely. Never go to dealer for body work. My dealer recommends going elsewhere ....

Does anyone have experience with Circle BMW. I am planning on asking my service and body work be transferred there and their body shop?

It's probably out of your way, but these guys do work for a lot of the dealers in Northern NJ as well as BMW NA themselves.

Again, why dealer for body work? There are so many great body shops in our area. I do not recommend asking the dealer for body work recommendations. They are not in that business and their only incentive is financial.

Got the car back today and I've had enough. The stuff Lewis Shinkle at Princeton BMW said he would fix and replace if needed was not even fixed let alone replaced. Also his amazing customer relations such as when he told me to "stop busting his balls". I look at the paint for less then a second and can see bumps.

Let it loose on social media. Here's the message he left me.

As you can see "most" not all of what he said he would fix was fixed. Basically accusing me of lying.

Damn!!!!!! Lewis Shinkle is back at it again? This time his crimes have elevated from a simple "Oh I fixed the wrong part and made you pay for it now Im going to fix the part I should have fixed in the first place and make you pay for it again" scheme (true story happened to me) to straight up carjacking his customers, going on a lil weekend joyride and causing thousands of dollars in damages? Yep, that sounds like The Shinkle.

True story- The Shinkle once tried to fight me in the middle of the showroom after I told him he was scamming me.

All you need to do is perform a quick google search of "Lewis Shinkle" to find out exactly how deplorable this animal is. I'm surprised he got a job as a BMW service adviser, given his history (It's all public record, this filth was indicted by a jury for molesting a student of his when he was a high school teacher in Hamilton, for some reason he wasn't formally charged but he lost his teaching job and license after an Administrative Law Judge ruled that he did indeed engage in sexual relations with the student).

I stopped going to Princeton BMW after they called me and practically begged me to remove the Review I wrote detailing my experience, how Shinkle scammed me out of $650, how he became confrontational and wanted to fight me (physically), he literally got his fat ass out of his seat and came within inches to me. He only sat down when he realized he'll probably end up in the hospital with some very severe injuries, I also added the bit about how according to public record he was indicted for sexual misconduct (speaks to his level of trustworthyness, I feel it is important for people to know who they are leaving their BMWs, often times very expensive prized possessions, with). How can they defend such a guy?

Princeton BMW is close to home and every other time I've been there in the past they've been great, but thanks to this Shinkle animal they lost me and my family's business for life.

Still unsatisfied with Shinkle and Princeton BMW, and the fact that I was never re-compensated for the $650 part Shinkle replaced when he wasn't supposed to, I thought it was justified to create a section on Nottingham High School's (the school Shinkle taught at, molested students in, and was fired from) Wikipedia page explaining Shinkle's exploits, the court proceedings, jury indictments, and result (of course, according to wikipedia guidelines, all cited with official sources derived from public court records and news articles from the time). To this day Shinkle has attempted to delete the entire section over a dozen times only for his deletion to be automatically detected as "vandalism" and reverted back within seconds

If you can't get any satisfaction I would internet the living shit out of this dealer and I wouldn't stop. I would post everyday.
This is exactly what I was thinking! The higher up and more exclusive a model is,...the more tempted service folks (Techs) will want to take your car out for a "joy ride" and flog the heck out of your car!

From here on out,...I'm going to capture a photo of the odometer (instrument pod) with the dealership in the background from here on.

I hope your issue is resolved to your benefit.

Holy shit never knew my service adviser of probably 10 years was a freaking pedophile. Disgusting.

However I had him fired without unemployment (somehow they avoided paying unemployment). Some may asked how exactly I "got him fired". To put it simply, I showed up at the dealership and made it known to George and the GM that I was NOT happy. After buying 5 or 6 (can't remember) M5's from Princeton BMW, that is not how I should be treated. He deserved it. No one should have to deal with that and I stand firmly on that point. Princeton BMW is under new ownership and I have to say that my new SA Chris, is genuinely a great guy.
