Finally got meth working, but now gearbox feels odd ?

Hi,

Finally got round to turning meth on today, it took quite a number of blasts before it started to adapt (at least 1 hour) first few runs felt almost normal, but then slowly the power really increased - so very pleased to now have the cooler temps and a bit more power.

HOWEVER on the odd occasion taking the revs up to say 6000 rpm in 3rd or 4th then letting off the throttle leaving it to just decelerate on its own, after a couple of seconds i felt a lunging feeling like ive been hit from behind, feels very much like gearbox just engaged a lower gear for a split second causing the car to drag but then corrects itself very quickly, just wondered if anyone else ever had this?

My clutches are stock (for now) so maybe their the culprit?

Did it start happening after tune? If so, contact your tuner since the symptoms you are explaining seem to point to turbo still trying to pump air into the motor even though you are requesting nothing.
