This car had red plates on it, means it wasn't even registered yet, but insured.

Obviously the guy had to make a sudden stop, and got rear ended!

<rant_on> Can't tell you how many times I see cars that look like this on the side of the road here in SoCal with one additional car behind it with a wrecked front end. I can't stand driving in traffic here...traffic slows, person behind you texting, looks up, slams on brakes. </rant_off>

Crumple zone worked. Passenger compartment looks fine. Seems as if it performed exactly as designed. Would love to know speed of other car.
