Just noticed this comment.

So you think it is none of your business to ask for the profession of fellow members, but it is your business to ask for their age?

Went for dinner at Scottsdale Quarter last night. Driving to park, I saw a Lamborghini, a Ferrari, Porsche GT3, 3 Maserati's, Aston Martin, McLaren.

Insane how much money is out here.

I would love to see a thread of which everyone does for a living - How they got here. - Just as a learning experience for me.

Love the color and almost wished I'd of just gone black vs half way with the Singapore Grey.. Well done on the mods etc. my wife's not as supportive on me doing much else after just spending $107k on the car. Had European detail in Scottsdale detail, apply clear bra to the entire hood, sides and mirrors and then apply the glare product. Not real happy with it though. Your shine is so deep. Good to see others in AZ on the posts...

Oh my Stealth.Piolot......

With all the repect that I have to you so as the other members in this forum, let me point it out for our clarification as well as other members who will read this.

1. In OP, I asked members age regardless of my business is to find out members' age or not. It is not like I'm pointing member out and ask how old he/she is individually, Members who want to answer would answer them members who doesn't want just can pass, VERY SIMPLE.

2. You answered that you are 5 years old but your parents are telling you that you are so advanced (screwed from here I figured, then I decided to go for it)

3. Then again, in another reply, You implied asking that, OP, type of question is a bit awkward or stupid then becoming synical asking me to go and read Ferrari's thread about "what do you do for a living" thread. So I did and I figured that wasn't amusing much because there is no point of asking what people do for their living. I would rather be interested in how much money do you make an year but still that is none of my business (that is what I have in my mind)

4. Now you want to know if my interest equals to members' age and their professions. My answer is no. I don't give a damn about what members do for their living but hell yeah I want to know at which age they drive the M5.

5. If I was to make a thread about "what do you do?" thread, I can project what type of sarcastic reply you would come up with with your "couple weeks ago" experience... so if you think that the OP was stupid and not willing to answer the question anyways, I don't see the point you keep checking out this thread and making yourself away because you told me that "When you get a bit older, you'll learn not to react to everything too."

like i mentioned somewhere in this thread, I initially was going to collect age group and make a graph like the ones in owner's registry thread.

hope all the above helps your understanding a little better

So how old are you?

Just had friends in town from New York, we went to scottsdale quarter as well and the said the same exact thing. People don't expect the valley to have the wealth that it has. The quality of cars that are even at my condo complex is incredible.

lol, I hear yah. My wife took a lot of convincing. She really isn't a car enthusiast, and her thoughts were the same as your wife.
Lucky she is a fantastic sport, and I'm a lucky guy!

I have European Detail wash my car to keep from swirling. They are good guys over there. If you want that deep rich shine, you have to talk to a guy I know. Does amazing work...
Check mine out here: http://f10.m5post.com/forums/showthread.php?t=779849

He did opti-coat which is a permanent solution. You, Dan and I should all get together some time. Meeting up with Dan this Sunday. Let me know.

Agree. When I eat at Dominicks in Scottsdale Q and use the valet there are usually 3-4 Bently's, Aston Martins, Lambo's that get parked out front. My M6 gets put in the garage. it isn't so much the full time residents but the people who have seasonal homes. The "average" house in Paradise Valley is between $2-3 million.

As an aside I just increesed my ignore list re post 116.

So did I.

On another note, I was in San Diego at a nice place, but was surprised that the valets backed luxury sedans up till the rear wheels were above the curb. Since the cars were parked at an angle against the curb. This would make me worry about the alignment. BTW in Miami being parked in front is usually a premium offer rather than a courtesy for the most expensive cars. It's usually $20 valet in garage, $40-50 valet park in front. In Miami they monetize everything.

Much cheaper in Arizona. Never pay more than $10. I assumed they put the nice cars in front to enhance the cachet of the restaurant but your explanation makes more sense. I suspect they want a bigger tip for leaving your car in front.

57 and it doesn't bother me to be asked.

However, since this is my first post I could not create a thread to see if there is a poll option. This looks like vbulletin and it has a way to create poll threads. I think that would have gotten what the OP wanted without the need for anyone revealing their identity associated with their age.

I like the recommendation. Are you headed to the BMW Driving Experience since it is in your town? I probably will.
