Hi Guys!
I took delivery of my first M car. It's a 2013 M5 Apline White/Silverstone II. I got into an accident with my 2012 605i and the insurance company determined the best scenario would be to total the car. I was sad to part with the 650i because it was one of the best looking cars but it was very impractical and I missed having four doors. I took delivery on May 25th and I did the break in service yesterday. I can honestly say that I haven't driven like this since the day of my DMV driving test  . At any rate, the break in period it over and I hope to give it the full beans in the next few days. Overall, I couldn't be happier with the car. It's visually stunning inside and out. The car came pre-installed with the black kidney grille which gives great contrast to the Alpine white, now I just have to get the black side vents, and see what I can do the chrome on the door handles. A couple pictures are below along with a link to an album. Since the pictures, the car was tinted and the Valentine 1 was hard wired.   View post on imgur.com

Good Choice! Great colors. I drove white for 15 years so I gave it a break this time but I love that Alpine white. That is the color my 535i was.

Congrats. I took took delivery of my first M5 today. Silverstone w/ black. I am very happy with it. Matter of fact blown away and I'm driving it like an old lady!! Lol. Best of luck to you and the new ride.

Congrats on the car!! I am kind of regretting of not getting white after seeing a few of them on the road.

Wow, Alpine White with Silverstone II interior looks wonderful. It's a nice change from the Alpine White and Sakhir Orange I always see.
Congrats once again. And don't forget to order yourself an RPi Exhaust. It'll change your life.

Thanks everyone! I am very happy with the color even though this was not my first choice. I was looking for a Space Grey with Sakhir Orange, but it's a very hard combination to find and I did not have time to do an ED. I still haven't been able to push the car thanks to endless rain. Even normal driving, I get goosebumps every time I press the throttle.
