14 F10 M5 Comp Pack Lease assumption or buy (SF Bay Area)
For sale: a basically new 2014 BMW M5 with competition package, purchased in December 2013, stick was $110kk plus tax and title. Car has around 3k miles Monte Carlo Blue over black leather interior, aluminum interior trim, base price $92,900 Dual Clutch transmission (with paddles) Competition package (575hp vs standard 560hp), upgraded suspension, M Dynamic model, upgraded steering, upgraded exhaust system $7,300 Executive package $5,500 Drivers Assistance package $1,900 Destination charge $925 Gas guzzler fee $1300 MSRP $109,825 Asking over $15k less for an essentially new BMW M5 or takeover my lease: 30 payments left at $1399 plus tax, include BMW "wear and tear" warranty coverage so like $1520/mo all in 41k miles left on the lease, so you can drive ~1,350 miles / month THIS IS A 15k mi/yr lease... Just to be clear, this is a comp pack car with factory spec 343 wheels
343 wheels are a couple lbs lighter per wheel than comp wheels, and forged not cast like the comp pack wheels |
