Trims are at 0%, meaning there is a LOT more room to play (this is with meth tho!)

I didn't mean fuel trims as in rich or low. I meant the % of the injectors being used or % they're open in supplying the engine with fuel to make that level of power.

SO like is the case on the gtr when people go FBO and try to run stock 550cc injectors they start seeing IDCs in the 90%+ range which is bad because that means the injectors have zero headroom to supply fuel in the event its needed 80% or lower is ideal.

So I was trying to get an idea how maxed out the stock injectors are in meeting the fueling demands to make this level of power.

That's what I am saying. If STFT;s are at 0%, then the car isn't trying to over-compensate. There is about 30% HR on the injectors (but varies depending on meth flow/volume).

This aint' the gospel - people need to tune their own setups appropriately... else KABOOM at these levels!

Okay guys, IDC (injector duty cycles) I can understand. What does STFT mean and how is it determined? I was raised believing the only dumb question was the one not asked. Are we able to install injectors with a larger CC capacity to handle increased fueling demands for those of us not running methanol?

I mean 30% is optimal which is frankly amazing that the stock injectors are performing so well with such increased demands. But Good news for sure.

And people definitely need to make sure their specific car is being treated to their specific conditions each was built differently and has different characteristics

STFT is Short Term Fuel Trim. This is the amount of dynamic correction the DME is making at any given time.

Under a WOT run, if this is close to 0% as possible that is good!

Congrats Ram on the great results. Well deserved given the time and effort you've put into this. Let me know when you want to do those tuning tweaks you requested the other day and we'll get that sorted. Keep up the great work

M4 is faster.

M6-Coupe told me to say that.

No but really, I'm sure if you dragged against an M4 it would be an epic battle.

Also M6-Coupe told me to say that too.

Also Ram one more thing...

PUNCH IT!!
