With MSD the payment is $1194 ($8400 for MSDs).

I was also told I could add the CCB's for $50 more. I said no at first but now I kinda want to!
If 1294 is tax(9%) included then the residual 62% is offered! is it 10kmlie/year?

Everything looks good except MF. you should ask for 0.0013 to reduce another $60 per month or you can get CCB for free

This looks like a great deal. Only $50 per month more for CCBs? That amounts to $1800 over three years for a $9250 option. At that price it would be hard to forgo.

103 on a 117K MSRP is ~12% off. I have seen 8-9%. Can you pm me a dealer where you might have seen it? Looking to put in a order for a 2015 M5. Thanks

I do plan on putting down some MSD to add in the CCB's hopefully they won't break the bank. It is 10k a year as this will be my weekend car and not my DD.

Start with truecar and negotiate from there.

The trick with that though is you need to find a truecar dealer, with a good base deal, and that has the car in stock (or willing to trade).
