If you mean the plan where I conveniently keep my M5 in my garage and drive it whenever I want then yes, I have that plan.

I have it. I like it. I use the concierge feature a lot. Especially to program the navigation destination and get other information. BMW online is pretty useful too for the Yelp and the Gas Price app.

To me it's worth every penny.

No it doesn't.

The announcement for 2014 said this:

Concierge service is now standard on all V8 and V12 equipped 2014 6 and 7 Series models. It is now available as a standalone upgrade on most other 2014 models. The service can be initialized at the time of purchase or can be added anytime after purchase.

Everything works for me except the whole section of BMW Online. It still tells me to call the SOS button. When I called Assist they didnt know why it wasnt working. They said call customer relations. I called customer relations and they told me they had nothing to do with that and didnt know why Assist had me call them. Called Assist back and they just opened a ticket, but were not sure when it was going to be completed. Next day, they charged me for the 4 years of service........

Sounds like your modem isn't working. You should get this fixed. It is probably impacting other features like traffic as well.

I have it and absolutely love it. Its great for entering gps destinations while driving. Just call and they send it to your gps in seconds.

Happy to see they started doing that again. I used it a lot on my 07 530i but then they outsourced some of the services and they could not longer send destinations to my car... any they had my CC info on file for movies, concert ticks ext. they had stopped that to... so i had to read it to them every time.

Try rebooting your idrive

long shot but wouldn't hurt to try it.

Traffic seems to be working ok. I wonder if I should take it in or wait gazillion years until they fix the ticket problem.
