Bolt on or do you need to cut the stock pipes to fit them? This is just the muffler (axel back) right? Not a full system...?

Correct, just muffler. The stock pipes need to be cut to fit. I ended up turning in my lease and a reputable shop can weld it back on.

Does not come with valved muffler. It does drone at low RPMs, 1-2.5k, specifically in 5th-7th. I was very rarely moving in that realm.
