New Alpine White M5 on board!!! (dealer review also)
Hello M5 fellows, I've got my car for a little over 2 weeks, It was raining a lot in Los Angeles the past 2 weeks, I was also busy with work and everything, did not get a chance to post any picture. I finally got some time to bring my new M5 to Impressive Wrap for some minor appearance fix. I only have 1 picture taken by the shop, I will update with more pictures later this weekend when i had it washed and everything.
Gloss Black Roof Gloss Black Kidney Grill Trim Gloss Black Roof Trim Gloss Black side vent Gloss Black door handles So to make a long story short, I was in the market for M5 for a few months, I went to Century West BMW at the end of September and met with an internet sales named Brandon. Very nice guy, told me all the advantages I will have by ordering a M5 directly from Germany, how it is hassle free, i can price matching, taking the best incentives during the 2 months wait period, etc. We agreed on selling at "invoice price" when i placed the order. So after a long wait, my car was finally here towards end of November. 2 other dealers i shopped car with in the past called me and offered 1k and 1.5k under invoice. However, i still decided to be loyal and went back to Brandon, he refused to price match other dealers (he seemed really upset). After a few days, i've decided to go with the invoice price which we agreed on when we were placing the order. I went there when the car was ready... he tried to trick me multiple times with the selling price, cap reduction. (he put invoice +1000 including incentives) After 30 mins of arguing, we had the final price as 1k under invoice (with the $1000 holiday cash). Finally we were in the finance office, the finance manager tried to trick me again..... first by placing $3500 cap reduction, I found out, he re-printed another contract with wrong selling price, re-printed again, wrong MSRP (he used post October after the $2000 raise), re-printed for 4th time, everything look right, but 3 lease calculator on my phone says $1266 tax included, his was $1330...... He was making fun of my $1 app, while bragging BMW uses a 4 million program, etc..... I got really upset, and was ready to leave and done wasting time with him...... He finally got everything right....... I still signed, because my wife was telling me not to be emotional since its the car i ordered and waited for 2 months....... I was really unhappy until i drove it away.... The car just puts a smile on my face, what an amazing car, I had a 2010 E92 M3, this car just felt more powerful, handles just as good, but i do feel the car is a bit bigger than the M3, but that's what it is, a family car, and i do enjoy the extra space. This all happened while I have 2 friends who are in immediate market for BMW 3 series and he knew this. I ended up bringing my 2 friends to Pacific BMW, and Greg Poland took care of my friends like a true pro... I regreted not getting my own car from him, but for sure I will get my next one from him. True professional!! I ended up getting him two 3 series sales within 24 hours  .Alright, enough BS, here's the picture  I promised I will upload more after this weekend when i washed my car  |

COngrats on the car. I am sorry you had a bad experience with the dealer. I live in Orange County and still go to Century West since I've purchased quite a few cars from them and always had a great experience.

Awesome beast. Greg Poland is great. I ran my deal past him and he said to RUN and get it from the other dealer since they were losing $5k on the transaction. He's on the up and up. Greg is also a fellow board member.

My new 2014 is also from Greg Poland. My family has bought 6 cars from him over the last 9 years !! He is the best in the business, period !
