Aiming fog light

Is it possible to aim fog light? Cause i think mine is not aim correctly.

There is a screw for up/down adjustment. I have one sitting around in the garage, I'll snap a pic later..

There's a hole next to the lamp to insert a screwdriver. I don't recall the style, whether Philips or torx.

Up/down only. turn CCW for up and CW for down
