M5 F10 Exhaust
OK, I have searched this forum and read every thread, which has only confused me more. Everyone has an opinion on what they like and I respect that.
I am looking for a deeper louder exhaust for my M5. I would love to get as close as I could to my E39 which had a Britalman exhaust on it and sounded awesome. From what I can tell the Akrapovic doesn't give much of an increase in sound and the Turner bypass pipes are too loud? I want something with a nice increase in sound that doesn't create a drone problem inside the car. What is the best system somewhere in the middle (leaner toward the louder side)? Any experienced input would be appreciated. |

Meister is made in Asia. Not sure on RPI. If you know about Meister and Eis coming from and e39 m5 then you know the history on them
I don't think you will be able to get that similar sound like an e39 m5. But you can maybe come close. There is just so much sound dampening in the F10. Good thing though, there won't be much drone from whatever you decide on doing. If you just want sound, I think a muffler delete would suffice, such as a Turner or Hartge style. |
