In my opinion if your blacking out your grills then go all the way . Have seen couple of m5's with black rims chrome sides and vice versa didnt look nice

I'd also do the wheels black. I did the same on my singapore grey M5.

Paint surround to match body, then it's a toss up between matte and polished black blade.
