Modded akra problems

So I had the brilliant idea to have my akra mufflers opened up and gutted. Took out all the packing and had the fenestrations sealed. Now it sounds like shit.

Can I return it?

Yikes. That's one expensive muffler to do any mod/experiment on.

So, what does it sound like after you had it modded ? video/sound clip available ?

Put back all the packing and seal it again maybe?

If I were Akra I wouldn't take it back. You've modified it and now you want them to insure your mistake. You could try to put it back together and try to return it. But you should first check on their return policy.

Of all systems to experiment on........

I have a strong feeling that the answer is a big fat NO WAY on the return...

Do you really think they are NOT going to notice that you opened it up and welded it back ?
Good luck on that. Should of asked the forum. You would of gotten plenty of "Dont do it" replies
