6spd Hill Assist
Any one with a 6spd know if there is a hill assist? Wife is not loving the electric E-brake..HAHA

I'm pretty sure there is a hill assist. When I come to a full stop on a hill, the car holds the brakes until it starts moving again. But its only for a few seconds. Fairly sure the M5 will have it if a mere 1 series does. Seriously, Sakhir orange looks great! And the 19s suit the car perfectly. Enjoy the car! I like this pic

Not on my coupe. Just on a slope of more than a couple degrees and it holds you. One of my favorite features. Seattle has a couple hills....

There is a hill assist on the 6spd. I come to a stop, release the brake and the car will hold in place for a few seconds. I haven't noticed though if this is related to a specific gear or not though.
