M5 splitter -> BMW performance style.

all,
I'm gauging interest for a m performance style splitter for the M5 see below

this is the BMW version for the M3. I'd like something similar for M5.

IND have said they might be interested in making this for us but need 10 orders. not sure of the price yet but I wanted to get the ball rolling and gauge interest (Nate or other IND guys would be good for you to confirm this on the thread).

The price for the BMW M3 ones is around £600, not saying that this is the price here, it could be less or more but want to give the community an indication). IND price for M3 ones in US is $765.00 (although they are painted).

I think the IND guys will need to come up with some models of what it might look like, I want it to be as close to the M3 solutions as possible.

Quality would be just like the RKP front lip. We could also post photos of the mold on M5post to get approval before production starts. The splitters would be made in Wisconsin.

At this point it is too early to tell as we still have to design molds and wait for a tooling and production costs estimate. Once we are a bit further along we will be able to hit an approximate price point.

Typically parts of this size are not terribly expensive, but complex shapes can increase tooling and manufacturing costs somewhat.
