Just picked up the beast! Did ED with Paris drop off oct oct 18. Car arrived nov 18 in Georgia VPC. Passed customs same day. ED kept it 2 weeks fixing a rim and tire. Delivered to Charlotte nc Hendricks BMW for the delivery. I could not go due to the winter storm there this weekend. Hired a transport company and the car got to Chicago today. One interesting thing. Dropped car off in Paris with 778 miles. Car got to Hendricks with 813 miles. Very fishy. My tire was NOT damaged that I know of at drop off, I did a thorough inspection. Rear tires are 7 tenths. Seems like the French took a joy ride?! Car was NOT driven at Hendricks. Here are some pics from picking up today after transport. On another note highly highly recommend Hendricks BMW. Pm if want sales recommendation.

Does sound strange but I honestly don't know what you can do to confirm unless you know the miles at drop off and pick-up.

Probably best to put it behind you and enjoy your new ride!

I'm not sure about the Paris drof-off location, but from the Munich drop-off location they had to drive the car a few miles from the office to the lot where the truck picks them up. If the Paris drop-off location is in the city it could be more. Also, there will be some miles at each port from the truck to the staging area, then on and off the ship. I think my car had an additional 20 miles from drop-off to redelivery.

Yeah that does sound suspect. :/ But I'm glad that you got your M5 back in one piece, relatively speaking.

Quick question, have you driven your M5 much up there with the weather the way it is on the Michelin PSS summer high performance tires? Is there a lot of ice there right now? From your pictures it looks like there is snow all over your M5. I'm just wondering if it is ok to drive the M5 with the PSS's if there's no actual snow on the road or no ice on the road either. I mean the snow plows usually do a pretty good job of clearing the snow off the road, but the salt is no good either. Thoughts?

Thanks!

The car was filthy from the car transporter. I drove the car today with no problem and its below 20 today. Just did not push it. Winters are a must here in Chicago. Getting them on tomorrow.

The car is just incredible. It sounds awesome in a parking garage!

Pkilla was an employee for a transport company and the reference means he was driving your car around racking up the mileage which is a joke as he was UNFORTUNATELY canned a while back ago.

This guy. Likes redlining and driving customer cars while shooting videos.

He has since retired from posting videos of customer cars since he's living large of the ad revenue from his youtube videos.

He's well known for phrases like:
Oreo interior
Cocaine white leather
Straight luxury
This car is a monster
