My new 1/4 mile time....
Could I have the fastest bone stock M5??? D3, MDM, Suspension-comfort, Steering-comfort, Accelerator-sport plus, tires-pss. Didn't use LC.
Went to the track today with a couple buddies. Here is a pic of my slip and my buddies cars.

That's remarkable. Fastest I've heard of stock.

I don't know. How much power does the blacked out badge give you? If it's carbon fiber the weight savings alone may be the reason

M5
It is the tinted windows, that makes you so much faster off the line.. ha !
Seriously though that is really interesting to see, I have have couple of fast cars in my life and so far only my M5 is giving me the kicks ever time I drive it. You just made the perfect launch and everything just clicked afterwards. Again is really nice to see. |

I was surprised when I got my slip. I didn't think I ran that fast.

That is an excellent 60' time. Congrats on such an impressive performance. What has been the F80 M3's fastest stock 1/4 mile time? It'll be interesting to see the new 2016 CTS-V 1/4 mile time too. With 640hp and 250lbs less than the F10 M5, it could be faster.

Thanks Dave. I think the fastest Stock F80 M3 went 11.6 in 1/4. I'm also curious to see what the new CTS-V will do in the 1/4.

You are getting really good 60' times which is mostly why your ET is so low. Pretty impressive on PSS's, I'd say you have the best 60' on stock tires. Your trap speed is about average, so your car isn't necessarily making more power. The DA for your run was just under 1500', again good. Jelly.

Congrats, That's quick. I've run an 11.63 on stock PSS tires. 11.53 on DRs. I do have Eisenmann sport exhaust. Everything else stock. You video sounds like something other than normal stock M5 exhaust? Is that the stock CP exhaust?

yup still the stock CP exhaust. I did have a mic connected about 5inches from the exhaust. Still trying to see if I can get 11.4 bone stock.
