1200 Mile Done
Just had the service done and spent 3 hours Exploring my cars capabilities.
The car is fantastic I pushed it today, hit the rev limiter a few times (nearly broke my neck) and managed two red markers on the M HUD in fifth, so got the top end speed up enough to get me in serious bother with the plod! My passenger was a true a Audi man, RS6 / 4 multiple owner, and he was astonished at the power from 30 to I won't say........ The most surprising thing for me though was the grip, it was wet, not monsoon, but wet, but as long as you weren't daft with the throttle it stepped out but behaved, traction light was nearly always on but kept balanced. Only when you gave it too much gas at the wrong time did I feel too much intervention. Very happy ...... This will be feckin nuts in the summer! I didn't expect this. Can't get launch control to work yet, although prob a good thing as I was trying when it was pi$$ing down, pointing up hill on a narrow road! Will try again when moderately dry, if ever! Car in for de-chrome on Friday will post pics then.... Wish I lived in LA |
