My AW F10 M5 with HRE P44 SC's and H&R Drop- Photos by EAS!!

Anthony, Steve, and Tom of EAS were kind enough to do a quick impromptu shoot of my car with the new wheels today. Thanks again guys- you really are top notch and Im glad you are in Orange County.

I got a chance to meet members Mindlessmark and Charlie Brown today as well over at EAS. MM will post up some pics of his ride with mine as well. Great peeps and a cool quick M5 meet to add.

Thanks again to Anthony at EAS and all the guys there for taking their time to do this at the drop of a dime. Im really liking the clean look of the HRE's I got. I normally run black but this is a pleasant change.

As always thanks to Guy and Team at HRE- this is my 14th set I believe and one of the finest yet. They are HRE P44SC's Tinted Brush finish on stock PSS's 20x9.5's and 20x10.5's in the rear along with an H&R drop and some IND goodies.

Vic55, that is one sweet ride. The wheels really set the car apart. Along with the other subtle mods, your car is looking fantastic! Thanks for letting me hear the Eisenmann Race.

Was there a noticeable difference between the race and sport exhaust?

Yep. Race is definitely several decibels louder. I couldn't really tell a difference at idle but startup is a bit louder and revving and drive away is most definitely louder.. Both have same great tone, race is just louder tone. That's my impression anyway.

I'll have to hear the race in person. I know Mark's sport sounded money.

Looks awesome, love those wheels.

I guess we're gonna quite a few M5's on HRE as more and more M5 gets modded.

Yes that is Mark's car and has the same drop and spacers I have. 10 in front and 12 in the rear. In another thread Dave posted some pics with 4 f10's 2 with springs ( mark and I) and 2 stock. What a diff...

Thanks guys for all the comments. I really like how the car turned out-- pretty low key for the way I usually mod but classy at the same time.

Zero.... had it built by HRE with the proper offsets in mind to avoid the need.

I concur. We didnt have any cold starts because we had just go there but the cars under higher standing revs clearly show the difference in sound and loudness. The Sport is no slouch and the Race for an axle back has alot of roar. There is a sound clip of both cars coming with standstill revs.

Vic,

thanks for posting these. The P44SC's were also one of my wheels of choice for the F10 M5. They are a great looking lightweight monoblock wheel that really compliments the F10 M5 well. In my opinion they are not too gaudy, and actually offer a significant performance increase over the stock wheels, and I don't think that 3 piece wheels suit the F10 M5 well. I was recently informed that the stock 20" wheels for the F10 M5 are in the neighborhood of around 40lbs each with the tires attached. That's ridiculously heavy! Thank you for being the first one, that I know of, to pull the trigger and install the P44SC's on the F10 M5. I was worried about the looks, but they do look great! Congrats once again! Hope to see you at Cars & Coffee Irvine soon.

Thanks. I think they would look great with this finish on your black car.

We actually weighed the stock wheels and tires and then the P44SC's at HRE:

Front stocks with PSS tires--- 51 lbs
Front HRE with PSS tires --- 46.2 lbs
Rear stocks with PSS tires--- 56.6 lbs
Rear HRE with PSS tires--- 51 lbs

These are very noticeable differences in unsprung weight.

Not the first M5 on P44SC.

Check this one out.
