Springs and warranty

All,

I know that this topic has been covered several times but I am curious if anyone has any real world experience with a warranty claim being denied by a dealer due to lowering springs. I would like to install some eibachs to go with the wheels i just purchased but I don't want any warranty hassle. I live in San Diego and my service advisor is cool (Brad @ San Diego) but I would rather drive the car stock then deal with any nonsense warranty wise. I am all over the place with this car and I have HREs and springs on the floor of my office, but I can't decide what to do with them...

Lastly, anyone gone with 21" wheels and not lowered?

Thanks again, Tom

Garage List
Had springs on all my cars (2x F10's), no issues with warranty, as long as I wasn't claiming issues from the struts. I did however have my control arms on my 2011 550xi replaced, and I was on springs. <3 my dealer.

Yep. 21's and not lowered. I'd like to, but just not worth the hassle of reduced front ground clearance since the M is my daily. And really... the front wheel gap doesn't look bad when the car is in motion. It's just when it's sitting still does it look too high in the front.
