Many F10 owners updated to the LCI steering wheel, its plug and play. Make sure to get a full wheel including buttons and airbag, then watch a YouTube video.
It’s one of the easiest mods ever!

Hard to say, some sell theirs here in the forum, others buy from eBay or AliExpress. Google „F10 facelift steering wheel“ and pricing should come up. Good luck 🍀
