Try this: when you take a long highway trip (at least 100 miles), keep one or both hands on the wheel consistently (don't switch off hands every 20 miles or so). I guarantee that when you stop for a gas or bathroom break, your hand(s), especially your fingertips, will feel tingly or even numb. It's a common issue for our cars.

i def do not have this i promise , stupid Q and im not being a dick im serious aside from having your wheels balanced (which sud have been your 1st troubleshoot) have you thought maybe kinda sorto posssibly you have a slight bend ina rim ?
