Awesome. Congratulations.

Are you coming to Caffeine and Exotics so the rest of us can admire your new toy? Are you having cartunes do the countermeasures or are you going to try monster customs atlanta?

OK....didn't mean to hijack the tread. Back to our regular programming.
How does it compare to the Vette? Not in terms of launch but in terms of cornering?

Better in both launch and cornering. It's much like yours. Pretty much does everything well.

That's what I thought. I found it odd that Motortrend got higher cornering g's from the Z06, because when I drive them I can extract much more cornering speed from the Porsche.

Yeah. The Porsche just sticks. I loved my Z06 but I always thought I would die in it-LOL

The technology is so much greater in the Porsche. More confidence inspiring. Heck, I almost trust it more than the 488 :-)

Yeah I didn't stick around too long. Cold rainy morning doesn't bode well for us Florida guys. Will you be at Caffeune and Exotics?

But yes, all these exotics drop nicely sans the certain F cars... I made a nice chunk on my 458 for example.

Yes they do. I'll likely remain an F car guy for quite a while and run around in the P car daily.

Congrats on the new Porsche. The 991 looks amazing in white, and of course the turbo body is on another level. Love that interior as well.

With all due respect you need to do some research at 6speedonline.com

Cobb is putting out some of the best times. Don't waste your money on TA when you can use the Cobb AP and tune on the fly with logging and multiple maps. Oh if you have a .2 you might have to wait.

Do you like Cobb better than GIAC or AP?

I have had both Cobb and GIAC and Cobb was the more user friendly install along with gains. Whats AP in your quote mean? In my text the AP stands for access port (Cobb). The Cobb is so easy to uninstall and reinstall tunes- its literally 40 seconds and if Sam at ByDesign has a new tune; all he does is email it and you upload to the AP.

The .2 is blazingly fast stock and actually much quicker and bit faster than my FBO /piggyback tune M6. Mine did 10.49 @131.5 mph and 7.59 60-130 mph with 0 slope . I def will be waiting on a real tune, I'm done with piggybacks after my BMS and Dinan experiences. I loved the Cobb tuner on my old GTR.
