It will probably be cheaper to buy a F90 M5. You'll have take basically everything from a F90 and try and make it fit in a F10 chassis. Not worth it.

The F15/F16 M's are 4 wheel drive with the same engine... Maybe you can somehow transfer the driveshaft and other components? That would require a donor F15/F16 M though, which would be quite pricey.
