Help with FI Exhaust System

Hello,

I had installed my FI exhaust onto the car, we properly wired, had connected Bluetooth remote to the car and phone, but I noticed that even with the remote, the valves only open by maneuvering through the efficient/sport/sport+ buttons. It is weird as it only opens in the efficient mode, which contradicts the use of the remote entirely. Has anyone installed and FI onto their F10 and ran into the issue?

Any help would be greatly appreciated! Just want to get the car to be in sport and sport + opened

Hello Mike,

I had contacted them, and sadly, there wasn't much help from their end. I even had my shop contact them too, but no progress...

I am hoping someone who either has this exhaust or used to have a simple solution. I don't mind ordering replacement parts, just want to have that function of opening and closing

It is possible that it is incorrectly programmed. I had a friend that had a valve module and it came from factory with the buttons not operating properly.

After speaking to the company, they provided some extensive instructions to fully reset and reprogram the remote.

If they’re not responding try to see if you can find the type of remote and see if there are online guides to reset it.
