F8x seats in F10 - possible?

Like subject says, is it possible to place M3/M4 front buckets in an F10? Would it be a simple plug and play affair or is this a massive undertaking?

Reason I ask - I find I have a bit more leg room in our F80 vs M5's I have test driven and was thinking this could be a mod I make after I find that perfect M5 I am looking for... I think the Multifunction seats in the F10 are "thicker" all around eating into usable space....

I tried...

The rails will line up front to back, but the width of the M5 seats is wider by about 1" so you'll need a customer bracket.

Nothing turnermotorsports can't do, they've been making seat brackets for generations now.

Yeah that would definitely be gone. That's one of the things us f8x owners bitch about not having all the time

Yea, though I'm not terribly worried about the cooling but attempting to get harnesses and rails re-done to make this work doesn't seem worth it. Makes more sense to just try and get existing rails modified to allow seat to travel a bit further back if at all possible...
