M6 343M on M5 F10

I may be getting M6 343Ms and wanted to see if any F10 M5 owners have fitted them and can give their opinions.

Is it more flush than stock size? Are spacers required? Does it stick out past the fender?

It's been done before and there are some pics here if you do a search.

The fronts are ok but the rears stick out too much.

I did a search and I didn't find anything that directly answers my questions nor good pics.

Aggressive offset on m6 wheels. U cant run 305's. Just 295 and no spacers

Yeah, the rear specs are 20x10.5 +19. So that's about 21 mm more aggressive than M5 343M's.
