Dear lord. Maybe because it was a manual? I'm never going to get another car again unless it's a left over. That's insane dude. Congrats! I still hate you lol but only because you're awesome.

I found a few left over m6 coupes with everything selling for under 100k down from 135 on auto trader. I feel like the guy in deliverance.

Patience is a virtue I suppose.

It is actually DCT. YES! Dude....... i learned from this experience to only lease a left over car if you don't mind waiting and saving a lot of coin.

The crazy thing is, this just must have been my month. I was able to get an ED M3 with an MSRP of $76,575 for $65,525 and a MF of .0015 (.0016 typically for ED). And this was for a Feb build allocation.

But when Sakhir Orange was no longer available, i started calling around for 2014 comp M5's and was able to score the deal I got, so i canceled my m3 order.

I'm not sure how reliable this is to have lease support this long for a left over model. Glad we got it though!

That's amazing. How much would the M3 lease have been? in the 600s I'm guessing?

Also, curious- why didn't you do MSDs on the M5?

Didn't need or care to.... The payment was low enough with 0 down.

The perfect trifecta to have been able to add ED to the deal, however obviously that was not possible with the leftover 2014!

I have also noticed that the car is not only more responsive but is able to put the power down a lot better than the non-cp
How many miles per year? If you are patient and don't have to have the first example of the newest car out, you can get some incredible lease deals with BMW. I'm driving a 73 thousand dollar 2015 535dxi, no money down, 12k miles per year for $550/ month (taxes included) 39 month lease. I did do MSD but that's just like putting money in the bank at a much higher % than you can get at a bank.

My 2012 328 vert msrp was in the 64K range and my no money down lease, 12k miles/yr including taxes is $395.

A savey buyer/leaser can drive a BMW for honda accord prices.

That's even a good price for the M3. 6 months ago they were quoting $1100/month

Guess I got robbed. Paying $1500 a month for 15k miles a year, 36 month lease in Texas. Just taxes down. MSRP was $118k.

I have been dealing on a '14 leftover for three months now. The dealer is still at $1,300 per month. Window around $112k.

I usually don't like to disclose such things, but since this might help people on the forum: My deal is a custom ordered 2015, MSRP ~$112.3k, 39 month lease, 12k/yr, nothing down (no fees of any kind), no MSDs (although I may do so) and I am a bit under $1200 before tax.

Wow... it's ridiculous unless you are in 61-62% Residual, 39 months... correct?
