Lol no not a dumb question yes it's mostly cosmetic. There should be some handling improvement with wider track however if there is it's negligible from what I've felt. Thank you and congrats on your car I am sure it's beautiful as well! I am currently trying to decide if I'm doing a tune next, CF lips & diffuser or wheels.

Lol sure enough! Thank you! I had decided to stick with the 601 since I really like them but still kinda wanted to change up a bit more from my last car and powder coat them then I saw some bronze HREs on here for sale that I missed but got the bug for bronze with Singapore

Installed gloss black M5 emblems from IND front and rear. (See other thread Stolen M badge) and repurposed the original front emblem to the aluminum trim. Just stuck it there but kinda like it so it may get to stay since there aren't enough already

Thanks all!! I'm really loving the look and can't tell a difference in the ride. Now deciding if I'm gonna go with HAS to lower it a little bit but I like how it's sitting now actually in the rear of the front was just slightly lower.

Edit looks like 315 is not available in 21

It depends on your offset. Plus my fronts are 10 inches so a 285 is fine. Regarding rubbing I'm still dialing it in. Just had camber arms put in and now need to get a final alignment. Currently the body does not rub, but very slight rub on the front fender well liner on partial lock. Full lock no rub. I'm running very aggressive offsets though with vey aggressive tires. My 285/30 is a hair bigger rolling diameter wise than stock so it makes sense the fender well might be close. It is worth it to me though to run a 285/305 Michelin super sport. If I did a Pirelli in 275/305 I would be fine, but I don't want to run a Pirelli.

This is similar to my old e46 build where I had 285 squared.

Hey, I too have a passport escort. Can you please tell me where you purchased the rearview mirror holding bracket for this radar? And also, how did you hardwire it? Perhaps some instructions?

thank you!

I just used the mount that came with the detector. I like it better above than below the mirror. I created a thread for the install. Hope this helps
