Yes I went with yours and 13M5F10 recommendations. A few thousand miles will last me until next summer, and then I will try rear R888
R888!!!! MCarsFan fans car grips like no other. Except when it rains. Hahahaha

It's horrible in water.

I'm not too certain yet, only had them for about 250 miles now. But I would say they're equivalent in terms of traction when new... It's hard for me to compare because now my car is tuned.. What's noticeable is that 275s up front made the car feel better, a lot more planted and handles great. It rides great. I think any time you go from a set of worn tires to a new set it'll feel better.

Quick update, had the spacers installed 12mm front - 10mm read with 305/30-20 (103Y) MPSS. Need to adjust PSI a little but as of now i am very happy with he look and drivability.

had many sets of stock mpss
now running MPSC2 305 gt3 tires, will check loading tomorrow

ordered pzeros 305 N0 (porsche tires again) 103Y
should be wide AF, 1 forum member measured them to be equivalent to 325 MPSS in width
hope they will finally grip and get me below 6s with passenger 62-124

From experience, the 103Ys bulge really bad and the handling is greatly affected. I promise you that. They are indeed wider and don't fit properly on the 343M. You have to get 305 99y. Specific to the PZero

Too many guys on the forums have tried 103 including myself and we quickly took them off.

1. HUGE BULG
2. handling affected. Side wall flex
3. Too wide for the 343Ms
4. Traction affected greatly. Too much side wall flex.

I had some sidewall flex at 34 psi (what they guys filled it up to when they installed them) once i bumped it up to 47 psi i haven't noticed any sidewall flex at all. Traction is SOOOO much better with these tires. All in all i am very happy with MPSS 305/30-20 103Y on stock 343M. Also the MPSS that i ordered were the Ferrari spec ones, not sure if there is a difference or not.

Damn 47psi!!!

I haven't had experience with 305 PSS

The car type does change I believe from tire to tire.

has anybody tried the Pzero PZ4? how does this compare to the standard Pzero that comes from the facotry? Looks like it has 305 wide tires with 99Y as well.

I would say to stick with the same tires if you are going to track the car on road courses, or do a lot of spirited canyon runs.

Otherwise mismatched front/rear is ok. I am planning on r888 rear once my rear pzeros are done.

what kind of p zeros did u put in the front i just checked tire rack and the loading for the 305s are 99 and they are pz4 but they dont have 275s for the pz4 so did u put the reg p zeros in 275 fronts and 305 pz4 in the rears ?

Yes the r888 would be in 315; others have run that with no straight line issues. I'll keep fronts OEM; only interested in straight line/highway performance for this car.

I ran the R888 315/30/20 rears on HRE 10.5 wheels and was hands down best tire for grip but only lasted 5k miles (very minor rare rubbing)

I just switched to the 305/30/20 Nitto NT555 G2....let's see how these go but obviously there is less grip but hoping for 10k miles (zero rubbing)...Car is lowered

Sorry to revive this thread but, going off of what hunter said.. Im looking into the 275/305 front/rear setup in the Pzero's and can't seem to find the 275's in a 99y! Tire Rack only offers them in the XL size 103y... Any insight would be great..

That was one of the reasons why I didn't go that route. It doesn't fit right...

I know people love having that wider front but honestly, you won't really notice the difference on the street.

So going 305 in the rear with the 265 up front will work just fine then?
