Brakes

Gents,

I Wanted to get your guys opinion on the brakes on my car..
I Love it to death, the joy of driving it every day is unexplainable.

However, I have researched on this forum- but tonight after having some fun along side my buddy who just bought an m4, my rotors warped again.. I have already had the dealer replace them 3 times (front/rear pads and rotors). After a few high speed runs, downshifting and attempting to take it easy on the brakes I developed another substantial steering wheel vibration when braking.
I will be taking it back to the dealer again next week for a new set, and even though they are/will be covered again, it has become quite a nuisance. I just wanted to know your guys experience/opinion on the ongoing issue.
Thanks

Most of the time, the problem is not warped rotors but is pad material deposited unevenly on them.
The best way to avoid that is a proper bedding in procedure. It can also help avoid squeaky brakes.
It may be possible to resolve the issue yourself by a trick I learned by accident. Simply wash the car or just hose down the rotors, let the car sit overnight, and bed in the brakes the next morning. The fine layer of rust helps clean the deposits off and lay in a smooth layer during the bedding in. See http://http://www.zeckhausen.com/bedding_in_brakes.htm
