Oh I definitely agree, I got s* on when my Stock non-cp did a 570/520 uncorrected...

I just think a lot of us have gotten over the dynojets the tunes are putting up and want to see if those numbers are translating to the street/track.

I mean same with my m4, I barely beat a C7 with JB4, yet all these dynos are saying the car is 420/420 STOCK, and I got destroyed on JB4 by a FBO 335i on meth and E85...

So at least for me I'd just like to see if there are verifiable performance gains from what some of our faster members have done with vbox data and track records which set benchmarks long before there were flash tunes available

Heck, I ran 11.0@129 with no meth, but all of the above and I still have not seen anyone else at that time. My car was at 632-637whp when it happened. Come on people, put your horsepower to use. Dynoes read all over the board and at the end of the day a nice trap will tell us the real story.

Track times aren't a true indicator I mean I found new respect for the track posting terrible 60fts and insanely high trap speeds like 145+ and 12 seconds because of 2.5+ 60fts... So I defiantly can understand if someone can't post great times although my tune was to protect stock rods so that contributed to some of the bogging.

But yes. I wouldn't care if someone posted an 800whp dyno, if they get gapped by a car like yours or M6beasts then sadly all they did was pay for an inflated dyno sheet.

Vbox data/ roll racing vs. equivalent cars/track times tell the story... We've seen too many inconsistencies from BMWs in general being on dynos and it not really painting an accurate picture [both good and bad].

Which is why I'd love to see any number of these flash tuned cars show up at a roll event to see either you or M6beast/gmd and see if the bars been raised or at least matched.

The more information available to potential customers from an unbiased source the better.

I am still on the fence as far as a tune is concerned but can see the options getting more tempting.

After ecu upgrade, I am assuming it eliminated your check engine light and speed limiter. Do you have a new redline rpm now? Have you tested it to see how fast you can go now?

Dyno #'s are for relative measure. It can be used to evaluate gains form any changes (mods, tune etc.)

My car runs very close to greentrb95gst and was making low 600whp. After the ECU flash etc., it was making 650whp. I ran an M6 with 721whp and was a 3/4 car behind at the last shift-s3ctor. Given the weight disadvantage, I should be making >>700whp (but I am not)!

Which why if I had an m5/m6 with a dynojet telling me they make 700 I'd race them in my GTR making 710 on a mustang dyno for any amount all day. I just don't trust DJs anymore.

An M5/M6 with 700whp should EASILY do 5.x sec 100-200 km/h or low 6s 60-130 mph. That's why I want to see comparisons with other cars or vbox data.

Accoording to the 100-200 i think this M5 has 650WHP max.
Or maybe little less torque than other 700WHP M5's in the mid-range?

The user A_ has posted those, his car is BONE STOCK! M6 Competition Package. No mods. His car is flying, 12.x sec 100-250km/h that is crazy.
