Euro 5 vs Euro 6 Downpipe (Emission Norm)

Hi Everyone,
Recently I heard that Euro 6 downpipe is more restrictive than the Euro 5.
Apparently the outcome is that Euro 6 M5s and M6s are less powerful.
Are they both the same part number ?

Downpipe parts were the same according to RealOEM

I believe it's been talked about many times that the tune introduced in the 600hp competition package for the M6 was actually less powerful on the top end due to Euro6 emission standards. The claim is the early 575hp M6/M5 CP cars run more boost up top than the later models. Then later on beginning in the 2015 model year which started production in July 2014 they switched the F10 M5 to this change.
