Looks like lots of residue from the Boost Juice. I wonder if you would have had the same problem on just pure methanol and or distilled water?
It is well known that meth is suposed to be sprayed post throttle body- it would be worth moving your jets post throttle body. How many gallons have you used of Boost Juice... you obviously have done LOTs of dyno, road and track pulls. Has you MAL been cured now? |

I wouldn't use Boost Juice at all. On most of our cars we either use 100% meth (high powered M5s) or distilled water + 20% meth. 16K miles later, TB is sparkling clean and so are the valves.

Why not mix the M1 with distilled water, you get the same as Boost Juice with out the colouring aditive which looks like the culprit of your throttle sticking problems. Methanol should leave no residue same for distilled water when evapourated if I remember my chemstry right...
