Just looked up those 343M 20" rims. They are forged and they go for
$5500 US converted from European prices for the staggered set. Oh! No tires. Just 4 rims.

As for the 345M 19", they are alloy. Not forged and they go for $3000 US converted from European prices for the staggered set. Again. No tires. Just 4 rims.

Hi E90Fleet. Given that you are in the know, what are the offsets for the F10 535 (non-sport model).

Not really. The M3 ZCP wheels are 19x9 with a 31mm offset. Only a 1mm difference. The rears are 19x10 with a 25mm offset which is a 9mm difference. Should fit just fine as long as there is no problem with the spoke geometry and brake caliper clearance.

I wouldn't think brake clearance would be an issue either due to the slightly wider wheels.
Given the offsets of these Works, you will gain approx. 6 mm onboard clearance of the suspension/brakelines etc for the front, and gain an extra approx. 1 mm of clearance with the rears. [Please correct me if my estimations are wrong]

My only concern is the brake caliper clearance. With increased width and lowered offset, they work with respect to the OEM 19's, but this only takes into account the distance of the hub from the center of the new wheel and not of the spoke geometry. Considering the the size of the calipers, I'd recommend test fitting first to insure there are no clearance issues.
