Just finished watching the first episode! Great show!

I won't spoil the whole episode but they did debut their new test track and guess what? The M5 was still faster on their new test track than both the M3 and the M2!

I think episode three has the X5M/x6M beating all three by a good 2 seconds.

I think I am most impressed by both the C2S and the 718. It's also kind of surprising how fast the R8 is considering how heavy it is in terms of a supercar, but I think that with proper tires the R8 is a properly fast car.

Interesting

At the BMW driving school here the M5 is the fastest around the track

1) M5
2) X6M
3) M3
4) M2


The X6M is the quickest off the line with launch control thanks to its 4 wheel drive allowing all the power to be put down.
You hardly know its launch control since everything is so smooth and controlled with it, unlike most of the other M's
