Thief Scammer Lier Crook

Don't buy anything from this guy JoseeBMW he is a scammer and a thief. Lied and said he had exhaust tips for sale, took my money never sent the exhaust tips. Scumbags like him ruin the forum. He asked for 270 including shipping. I send it he agrees to send it never does. Then has the nerve to ask for 50 buck for insurance after he agreed on a price. Then refused to refund me my money.

People like this are the reason why I'd never purchase anything from the forum unless its a local pickup lol, They can always scam and back out of it, Sorry this happened. Hope you can somehow get your money back

Paypal all the way or no way. I recall there was another some time ago selling front brake calipers for an M5 that didn't exist.

Yeah, a good lesson. Only use PayPal and from members that have points. There are scammers everywhere these days.

Not really b/c PayPal don't pay out until you have the item in question,there's a delay in payout as I understand, with them being the judge as well and when you do receive the item and its not good from what was described then you get refund from PayPal..so long as you return it. Your PayPal a\c can be hacked tho.
That's why I like using eBay which is fail safe.

Some people really ruin it for everyone.

PayPal is the best way to do transaction, next to local pick up. You can write out a detailed transaction and if things don't go correctly you can contact them for refund.

Correct. But don't use the friends and family PayPal, then you'd have no recourse.

eBay is good too, especially for buyers. However, I sold an iPhone a while back on there and I was getting scam offers non-stop. These guys are everywhere nowadays.

You didn't bother to Google his cell phone? It comes up right away with scam going back last year.
