I found the same lack of refinement in the New M3 also.
The M6 GC Cp is my way forward.

For me its a simple matter of finances...

I finished my PhD when I was 24 and came out of Uni with nearly £20,000 in debt...

I got my first proper car (350z) when I was 27, my Audi Rs4 when I was 30 and then my current M5 when I was 33...

Ive bought a flat and a House in London, got married and had a child along the way so for me its been a simple matter of moving up the career ladder, getting paid more as I move up and being able to afford more as I get older as my career develops...

Im a complete petrol head and for me, Ive had to save long and hard for every car that I have ever owned...For that reasons, it seems as though I hang on to them more than say my friends but I definately feel like I enjoy the cars, especially the M more than them as well.

35 for me. Depending on how much bigger they make the next M5, I may be choosing the next generation M6 as my next car or moving into a Mclaren, Ferrari, or Lambo in about 4 to 5 years time. Either way, I am unwilling to get into a bigger car than the F10 chassis as I have no need. The next generation 2019 M6 should probably rival the likes of a McLaren 12C today though.

that makes more sense..... thanks for posting....it looks as though the trend is in the 40+ group as the age group with more M5s....as the results come in we shall have a better idea.... my next poll will be which insurance companies give best rates for the M5....now that should be interesting!

We have been down the insurance rates road already. Too many variables ( states, other coverage, bundles, umbrellas, relationships, driving record) can't really poll that one.

A better poll would be claim satisfaction for a specific insurance company.

When i was 17 i saved my pennies and worked my butt off to get a 15 year old F-150. Lol. After years 20+ of track time and driving sports cars i still feel the F10 can be quite dangerous to drive hard on the street. Be careful and try to hit an open track day if you can to learn how the car reacts at its limits. If i drove the F10 when i was 17 i would be dead. For sure!
