I changed both the front grill and side gills. I didn't like any of the chrome.

Same here. Changed them both. I have not done anything to the chrome strip inserts on the door handles, but those don't bother me so much. IND does offer a solution for the door handles.

IMHO you have to do something with the side grilles if you go to a black front grille. I opted for refinished side grilles - matt black centers with body color outer finish (Singapore Gray in my case) and result is perfect. iND have every imaginable combination - check out their web page but watch out - you'll become addicted !

Definitely! Since the window "frames" and side mirror bases are gloss black, I opted to go with gloss black everything: grilles, side markers, door handle linings, rear badge.

I changed the front grilles, side grilles and the rear emblem to gloss black. I left the chrome in the door handles to give it a little contrast.

Yes. Dechromed all of the above. On a separate note I'm kinda pissed at the paint quality on my IND grills. I expected more durability. They've only been on for about six months and maybe 8-10K miles but there are noticeable rock chips or whatever in 7 or 8 noticeable places. For $400+ for the pair I think it was a bit of a ripoff. Oh well, lesson learned....

I have Singapore grey with CP, thus black grille. I prefer the stock chrome side gills over the black in the pic above. Makes it stand out more on side profile.

You're right - I should have. I only really think about it when I wash my car and I keep meaning to take some pics and send them over to you. But I also keep forgetting to do so. My experiences with IND have all been good so I would be the first to say that. This thread brought it to mind and so hence my comment. I will contact you separately and have some pics to send and you can tell me whether my experience is normal or not. Thanks

They may not be the cheapest out there... But they have outstanding customer service. So, let that $400 price tag work for you now. Call IND and get them replaced.

I black out my side grills mate black with plastidip, But I DID The same to the Front grills but it did not come out as nice after while in the front grills so I took it off. Now its black side grills and chrome trim of the front grills it does look nice lol.
