Tirerack and BBS CH 19" wheels
If there's anyone living close to a Tirerack location I wish that you'd contact Luke to take the car by for a test fitment of the 19" BBS CH wheels. He asked me if I could bring the car by but I'm too far away. I'd love a set of these for winter/track wheels and know they'd look great.
Hopefully someone close to them feels the same way and has the time. TIA, Bish |

I thought someone mentioned Tirerack has no intention (or not to be bothered) to test fit a 19" at all. That's why some of M5 owners have to opt for the stock 19 or 20 for their winter setup. Kind of late for Tirerack to do this now, don't you think ?

The BMW recommended winter wheels (style 408) look very similar to the 20" 343s. My winter set just came in last week. There really are limited options given the size of the from brake calipers. I was really hoping the M6 wheels I used on my E60 M5 would fit, but no such luck.

Nope, Bridgestone Blizzacks. I'm transferring them over from the winter wheels I used on my E60 M5. Great tires. Good traction in the snow without compromising too much dry performance.

I have never tried out the Sottozeros before. So we shall see. I also had an Eagle Talon Tsi AWD 1990 5MT! Red with fabulous dark gray cloth interior. Cat delete as well. What a fun car that was....until the tranny blew up. Hahaha.

Yeah, I loved the Talon. Mine was white with the matching white wheels, also a manual. Such a fun car to drive, handled great, and the all wheel drive made it just as much fun in the rain and snow. If I could get a new one now (of that first generation) I would in a heart beat for my DD.
