Question about vanity lighting fuse

Hey guys -

I realize this is probably in the wrong forum - so mods please move if needed.

I finally got around to installing the LED interior light kit from ECS tuning - looks great. The trim removal kit, for me, was a god send, & something I can always use in the future.

The install all went without incident, until the end. I was installing the LAST LED bulb in the passenger vanity mirror, when my small metal screwdriver clipped a contact. A small spark was seen, and no more vanity lights. Yes, I realize I should have taken out the entire assembly to place the bulb - I did do with all the others......but what's done is done.

Everything is working great, all the interior lights, maps, puddle, footwell, glovebox, works fine. I am assuming I just knocked out a fuse.

Reading the manual, I know there are 2 fuse boxes.

I am hoping someone knows the exact location for this fuse. There is a piece of paper located in the trunk box, but it really doesn't give me an exact location, or what fuse it could possibly be.

Any help or insights would be greatly appreciated!

Correction - after starting the car, I now see a warning light - Passenger restraint system malfunction - ?????

all from a stupid vanity light bulb - it is heading in Tuesday for it's 1200 mile service
