My new M5
Just traded by 2011 space grey M5 today for my new 2014 AW M5. So happy. The new car is such a better drive than the old one. Better and smoother gearbox. Nice sound system and better M Seats. The seats feel different to my last car. Can't put my finger on it right now but they are definitely a slightly different shape. Anyway, here is a quick shot I took this a.m just after picking up on a v v wet UK day!

Looks great, I just traded up from a 2013 AW (8/2012 North American production) to a 2014 AW CP. I noticed a number of improvements as well. I like your choice of wheel - I almost went with the black but wasn't sure, my only regret.
Question - are those different tires? I thought they only used Michelin Pilot Super Sports on the M5 from the factory.

Congrats, another AWF10 - Id like to see how the P Zeros hold up on the M5. Had them on the C63 and they went really fast.

Gorgeous! You should have the roof painted/wrapped black to match the wheels.

No, that's how the wheels came from the factory. I was not too sure with Black wheels but decided after much deliberation to just go with them. I thought they were coming gloss black but definitely look powder coated.
I noticed it had Pirelli's too. Have only driven 100 miles today in v v wet conditions and first impressions they are 100% better in the wet than the Michelins. When it dries out, am looking to see how their dry performance is. |

I find it ridiculous they are putting those Pirellis on these cars now. I'm glad my 14 came with PSS. However I think this alone may be a reason I skip my annual upgrade this year. I wouldn't want to have to buy a 2015 and then find myself shelling out for PSS on top.
