Can you run JB4 and Dinan at the same time?

Currently running JB4 and just picked up a Dinan stage 2.. can you run them at the same time?

If the $$Dinan$$ stage 2 is a piggyback, then no. If it's a flash, then yes, it's called being "stacked".

Its the $3500(paid less than a 1/3 of that) Dinan stage 2 set up that plugs into the computers(Or DMEs?).
Not sure if its a piggy back though... Totally different connection locations from the jb4... so I wonder.

Still paid too much for what's notoriously conservative compared to others, but yes, it's a piggyback...a flash is completely different.

I only paid $1100, I know its not really worth a whole lot, but the jb4 has been on my mind and has been scaring me for some reason.
PLUS
The BCM worked like crap and didn't do anything but hurt the power. So I am running a super expensive JB4 BCM/ - BMC. Basically stage 1.

So I assume the stage 2 dinan will be as good as the jb4 stage 1... yes? Hopefully....

I went from stage 2 Halim/HC Performance flash only to stacked with JB4/BCM and each step has been a great improvement. Logging has helped resolve a maxed trims issue as well as misfires at higher boost, which was resolved with colder plugs and tighter gaps.

I have great power with my stage 2 Dinan. Also bought it second hand. Had it dyno'd when I first got it, but lost the data (grr). No issues with it for the many months I've had it.

You should not ever run 2 piggybacks at the same time

Right. Got it.
Not running both.
I will say this... Doesn't the jb4 trick the car to run higher boost?
Doesn't the Dinan change the Air/Fuel ration via ECU tune?

They both change performance in 2 different manners.
Dinan- Plugs into ECUs..
JB4- Plugs into the intercooler(Right?)

So as I said I am not running both... Still running the JB4 at this time... until I upgrade the Dinan.
But they both change the engines performance in totally different ways. So I still wonder. But yah yah... not gonna do both.

sir respectfully please be care with your car, you are completely off base with how any of these products actually work. spend some time reading on the forum and maybe your local tuning shop before you do any more upgrades.

This vid should give you a good overview of how the Dinantronics works.

Right. I'm not a Tuner/Mechanic/Dealer... so you are right. I do not know EXACTLY how either piggy works.
The entire reason I asked the question. After watching the video I see that dinan also tricks for more boost but does it differently.
Anyhow.. as I said, I am not going to try to run both. That would be pretty stupid.
I obviously understand that is not an option and will not.
