Never had an opportunity to dyno mine but my buddy dyno'd his with same mods dinan stage 2 tune, catless dps, and full exhaust and he dyno' d at 664whp and 600 lbft torque on a dynojet. I should be about the same based on the roll race events we've done since we were about dead even.

how's about ability to delete Cel from catless downpipes ?

I have a '14 M5 comp pkg. do I need to get the intake, down pipes and exhaust to gain anything?

Dinan doesn't get rid of the CEL for catless downpipes

sorry for the newbie question but what is the difference between stage 1 and stage 2? i'm currently running the dinan stage 1 tune and the only modifications i have are the dinan axle back and MSR intakes as far as performance mod goes.

Stage 2 bumps up the power and tq plus you still have the option to go back to stage 1 if need be.

It might very well work but Dinan has this on their website

The DINANTRONICS Performance Tuner currently only works with vehicles equipped with mechanical wastegates. Vehicles with a production date of 07/2016 and newer MAY have a electronic wastegate and will not work with the DINANTRONICS Performance Tuner. Only a visual identification is 100% accurate. Please consult the wastegate identification guide HERE to accurately identify what is on the vehicle.

Different software versions and variables for comp and non-comp package cars with different part numbers from Dinan. If I had comp package F10, I would be all in. I know it's a awesome tune as I drove my buddy's Dinan Stage 1.

Stage two dinan does not need dp or exhaust for those gains.
