Thinking about this one, what do you guys think?

Found this one, seems to 'look' clean but have not seen it in person. I am just skeptical about it because the car only has 16k and is listed at $55k which seems to be below all manheim and KBB estimates. Would appreciate your input on what I should look for and what minor/major options are included/missing. Thanks in advance.

Any mechanical issues to be aware of regarding the M5? I currently own an X5m which I believe shares the same engine with some variations. Some of the issues that I know of and have experienced with the S63 engine in my X5M are:

Crankcase vent valve pipes needing replacement
Spark plugs
Fuel injectors needing to be replaced due to old index 7 injectors
Front Driveshaft issues

And other various but expensive nuisance repairs being that it is an 'M'...

Should I expect more of the same? Also, this seems to be under the 50k mfg warranty, should I choose to buy does the warranty transfer?

Pull a carfax. And yes the warranty and maintenance program will both transfer to you on a 2013.

The only way to tell if it's accident free is to run a paint meter all over the car.

Cheap insurance at only 400 or so on Amazon.
